Ian Buckley, AIA Architect

Ian Buckley has over 10 years of experience in the architecture industry, contributing to diverse projects primarily spanning the residential and hospitality sector.

Ian Buckley earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, where he also dedicated several years to tutoring aspiring architects. Throughout his academic journey, Ian was committed to advancing his professional career, gaining hands-on experience at esteemed firms such as Anderson Porter Design (Boston, MA), Amity Construction and Design (Old Lyme, CT), and Haycon Construction (Boston, MA). This blend of education and practical experience provided him with a well-rounded foundation in both design and construction.

Ian Buckley has served for the AIAS during his tenure at the Boston Architectural College and has served on several Committees of the AIA RI chapter for the past two years. Ian has recently taken on additional responsibilities with the AIA RI, having been elected to their Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term.

Ian Buckley currently resides in Smithfield RI with his girlfriend Emily, Corgi, Henry and cat Nesta. Outside of work and family life Ian Buckley is an avid golfer where you can likely find him on any given Sunday.
